Refund Policy

At Whisper Willow Farm, we strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. However, in certain instances, we understand that you may need to request a refund. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide store credit in the following situations:

 

Damaged Product:

 

If your product has been damaged during the shipping process, we will offer store credit. To be eligible for store credit, please follow these steps:

 

- Contact us immediately providing your order number and pictures of the damaged product. Please do not throw away the product before getting in touch with us.

 

- The window for exchanges closes 36 hours after your package has been delivered, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

- If requested, you must be willing to ship the product back to us. We will cover the shipping cost.

 

 

Wrong/Missing Items:

 

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you have received wrong or missing items, please take the following steps:

 

 

Wrong Items:

 

- Contact us immediately with your order number. The window for exchanges closes 36 hours after your package has been delivered, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

- The products must be unused and in original condition. Please include pictures in your email as we require them for the exchange or replacement process.

 

- If requested, you must be willing to send the product back to us. We will cover the shipping cost.

 

 

Missing Items:

 

- If there are items missing from your order, contact us immediately with your order number.

 

- Once we have determined that we did not pack the item, we will promptly ship out the missing product at no extra cost to you.

Flavor/Scent:

Switching to natural products can be an adjustment. We do not offer refunds/store credit if the flavor/scent of a product is not to your liking.
